Emergency Declaration
Il capo della polizia In-ho riceve una soffiata su un uomo che minaccia un attacco terroristico contro un aereo. Durante le indagini, scopre che il sospettato si è effettivamente imbarcato sul volo n. KI501. Nonostante la sua fobia del volo, Jae-hyuk decide di andare alle Hawaii per il bene della salute di sua figlia. All'aeroporto, è distratto da uno strano uomo che gironzola, parlando loro in modo minaccioso. Volo n. KI501 parte dall'aeroporto di Incheon per le Hawaii, ma poco dopo un uomo muore per ragioni misteriose. La paura e il caos si sono diffusi rapidamente, non solo all'interno dell'aereo, ma anche a terra. Sentendo questa notizia, il ministro dei trasporti Sook-hee istituisce una task force antiterrorismo e convoca una riunione di emergenza per trovare un modo per far atterrare l'aereo.
