Due amiconi meccanici concorrono in una corsa fuoristrada per aggiudicarsi una Dune Buggy, ma arrivano alla pari. Mentre se la giocano a "birra e salsicce" la banda di un mafioso che vuole radere al suolo un luna park per costruire al suo posto un centro commerciale, distrugge anche la vettura. Inferociti, i due compari si uniscono contro il gangster per farsi restituire una Dune Buggy nuova e per salvare il parco dalla tentata speculazione.
