Nell'ormai devastata città di Parigi, un team dell'organizzazione della Wille, guidato da Maya Ibuki e Ritsuko Akagi, lavora su un sistema progettato per decontaminare l'area dai residui del Near Third Impact, che ha macchiato tutte le terre emerse di un opaco rosso carminio.
