Dopo un violento alterco con il capo Akhoba, Tumak viene espulso dal popolo delle rocce, e, scampato alla morte, incontra Loana del popolo della spiaggia. I due giovani si innamorano e riescono dopo molte pericolose avventure a riappacificare le tribù rivali.
