All’interno del servizio segreto francese, il DGSE, opera un gruppo clandestino di agenti sotto copertura. Dislocati in località chiave in tutto il mondo, vivono per anni sotto falsa identità, col compito di individuare potenziali fonti di informazioni. Per riuscire a portare a termine le missioni, le loro false identità devono essere completamente insospettabili e molto elaborate.
