La vita di Alex è dominata da apparizioni ricorrenti, che fanno vacillare la mente del poveretto. Il giovanotto chiede aiuto alla dottoressa Carolyne nella speranza che lo possa aiutare; Carolyne, ipnotizzandolo, riesce ad interpretare i suoi sogni.
