Il sadico dottor Feinstone è stato catturato e spedito in un manicomio criminale, ma dopo qualche tempo riesce a fuggire. Vuole costruirsi una nuova vita, dimenticando gli orrori commessi in passato, e si stabilisce, sotto falso nome, in una cittadina di campagna. Qui sembra aver trovato la tranquillità e l'amore, ma quando sostituisce l'odontoiatra locale e torna alla sua vecchia professione viene nuovamente assalito dal demone della follia. La pulsione a torturare ed uccidere è troppo forte: il dentista è tornato!
