Manciuria, anni ‘30. Chang-yi, un killer dandy che ha perennemente stampato in faccia un sogghigno ironico, viene assoldato per recuperare una mappa in mano a un banchiere giapponese. Intanto, a sua insaputa, l’infallibile cacciatore di taglie Do-won viene incaricato della stessa missione dall’esercito indipendentista coreano.
