Un moderno fast food milanese è frequentato da diversi personaggi: un certo Felice, aspirante manager; ed un certo Roberto, sbruffone capo riconosciuto dei paninari, in eterna lotta con una banda punk. Poiché i due cuochi si sono dimessi, il direttore, preoccupatissimo dato il ritmo del locale, ingaggia a far polpette un pittore e un altro lavoratore.
