Tony De Palma è scappato da New York per sfuggire al suo passato e si è rifugiato in Africa. Qui viene raggiunto dal gigantesco Mirko, emissario della mafia. L'uomo pretende che Tony uccida Frank e Garofalo due suoi ex compagni che si sono resi responsabili della morte del loro vecchio capo. Quando Mirko uccide Nadine, una donna che ha seppellito l'uomo che doveva diventare suo marito, Tony prende in mano le armi e torna ad essere quello spietato assassino che aveva terrorizzato le strade della Grande Mela.
