Un gruppo di estremisti islamici capeggiati dal potente Abdul Rashid commete degli attentati terroristici contro gli Stati Uniti. Il Presidente non ha altra scelta che rivolgersi a Joshua McCord. Joshua è infatti "l' uomo del Presidente". Un agente speciale al servizio degli USA a cui vengono affidate le missioni più rischiose.
