Nuovo Punk Story
L'isterica Peggy Gravel, avendo ucciso il marito, fugge con la domestica di colore Grizelda e raggiunge l'immaginaria città-stato di Mortville. Regina della stessa è Carlotta, una despota che terrorizza i sudditi e li costringe ad obbedire ai suoi assurdi proclami. Dopo che sua figlia, la regina Coo-Coo è stata diseredata peggy riesce ad entrare nelle grazie della Regina madre e ad assicurarsi il posto d'onore. Ma la sua gioia dura molto poco.
