Chance Templeton ha assistito alla morte dei suoi genitori, uccisi in uno scontro tra assassini. Viene allevato da Jazzman per diventare a sua volta un assassino. Una volta cresciuto, si rivela un'arma letale. Almeno fino a quando non gli viene affidato l'incarico di uccidere Angel, una cantante in tour a Bangkok.
