Contiene nove brani registrati in tre lunghi e fruttuosi giorni in uno studio di Londra, dove i gruppo hanno avuto la possibilita di confrontarsi. Il collante di questi tre giorni e stato il sassofonista Shabaka Hutchings, direttore musicale del progetto e bravissimo nel tirare fuori le influenze spirituali delle varie formazioni.
