Frost - Day And Age (2 Lp + Cd)

I Frost* sono di nuovo in azione, con il loro quarto album in studio 'Day And Age'. Formata nel 2004 dal tastierista Jem Godfrey, la band ha finora pubblicato 3 album in studio, e più recentemente la raccolta '13 Winters' che abbraccia tutta la carriera. Ora la band è tornata come 3 pezzi di Godfrey insieme ai collaboratori di lunga data John Mitchell & Nathan King. "Eravamo piuttosto eccitati dal cambiamento, ad essere onesti", dice Godfrey, "ci ha dato una tavolozza di opzioni molto più ampia in termini compositivi, potevamo scrivere una canzone e dire: "Immaginiamo che il batterista x si sia unito alla band, cosa farebbe qui? Ci ha portato in alcune nuove direzioni interessanti". Alla fine, tre batteristi sono entrati a far parte del progetto di registrazione: Kaz Rodriguez (Chaka Khan, Josh Groban), Darby Todd (The Darkness, Martin Barre) e Pat Mastelotto (Mister Mister, King Crimson).
