Edizione in doppio Vinile.Vanity/Nemesis è il quinto album di studio pubblicato l11 aprile 1990.Il disco fu registrato con Ron Marks come session man, mentre Martin Eric Ain tornò nella band durante le registrazioni e partecipò alla scrittura della canzone.In questo disco la band ritorna parzialmente alle origini, abbandonando quindi il Pop Metal e adottando un Thrash Metal con influenze Gothic Rock favorite dalla voce lirica di Michele Amar, in grado di creare un suono del tutto peculiare per l'epoca e non comune a nessun'altra band.L'album presenta anche due cover This Island Earth di Bryan Ferry e Heroes di David Bowie. Nel 1999 è stato ristampato con l'aggiunta della bonus track A Descent to Babylon (Babylon Asleep).
